Songwriting 2015
The Top Three Songwriters in the Galaxy of Stars Songwriting Contest showcased their original songs during the Galaxy of Stars Talent Search Finals at the Nebraska State Fair on Sunday, September 6, 2015. The announcement of songwriters winning prizes, cash, recording sessions and trophies in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and songwriters with songs ranking 4th through 10th place was made during the Galaxy of Stars Talent Search Awards Ceremony, which followed the Finals competition. All songwriters in the Top Ten received Galaxy of Stars medals.

Robert DeBusk
Recorded his original song, "Walking With Jesus," at Ware House Productions in Omaha on April 9, 2016. Robert was the 1st Place Winner in the 2015 Galaxy of Stars Songwriting Contest. Studio time valued at $600.00 was part of the 1st Place Award, which Robert received at the Galaxy of Stars Talent Search Awards Ceremony at the Nebraska State Fair. Don Mittan, the 2009 Mega Star Winner of the Galaxy of Stars Talent Search, recorded the guitar track for Robert's original song.
